BAFA Short Film Competition 2016
|BAFA (Bay Area Fine Arts) is a certified non-profit organization based in California U.S.A that provides a competing platform for the filmmakers in North America. The goal of BAFA is to identify, nurture and highlight filmmaking talents and it was inspired by 'Naalaiya Iyakkunar', a reality show for filmmakers organized by Kalaignar TV in India.|
|Filmmakers and aspiring filmmakers in the U.S, compete in the Short Film Competition organized by BAFA and make films in succession advancing through three rounds to win the season title of Best Director and other BAFA Awards.|
|BAFA mentors the filmmakers, organizes the selection process, publishes the films and concludes the season with the Grand Finale and Awards show where the final round films are screened and awards for various categories are presented to the winners.|
